Returns

  • Items can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Items must be same condition you received it and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Vital Glow Sauna offers a 1-year limited warranty on all items for manufacturing defects.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper use.
